Mountain Harbor Resort and Spa is a full-service, resort group destination. We have it ALL, from spacious lakeside meeting facilities that serve as excellent family reunion venues or conference centers, delicious catering options, and lodging in a wide range of floor plans, to a variety of activities that allow you to blend business time with outdoor adventure and relaxing.

We are the perfect place for Arkansas retreats or family reunions. We also host many church retreats, fishing tournaments, team building sessions, girl’s getaways, training events, birthday and anniversary celebrations, and hobby groups that target the area for our lake activities, scenery and trails, horseback riding, or quartz crystal mining available just down the road.

You’ll find all three of our group facilities unique in its own way in terms of size and space. Most importantly, all three offer you beautiful views of the lake and a serene setting. Included in our prices for each facility are table and chair setup and crisp, clean linens. We also provide cleanup during your stay, as well as trashcans and pickup. We even provide for the use of our equipment including easels, projector and screen, small PA system, and other amenities necessary for a corporate setting (pricing available upon request). While our Lodge Restaurant enjoys catering your events, we also welcome outside catering at our facilities. Because we care about your safety, we have 24-hour security at Harbor. You’ll also find each facility has its own parking area and multiple access points.

The East Cove Conference Building provides you with our largest indoor group space, nestled on the shoreline of a beautiful Ouachita cove. Tall glass windows, dark rustic wood, Wireless Internet and a large kitchen make this private space an excellent facility for Arkansas retreats and other events.
