Arkansas’s premier lake resort, Mountain Harbor, offers a variety of floor plans, lake views, and luxury among our lodging options, ranging from rustic Arkansas lake cabins, affordable lake view guest rooms, efficiency kitchenettes and cozy condos. At Harbor, guests are family – so we custom-design each of our lodging facilities to be a “home away from home” for friends, wanderers, and returning guests.

Cancellation Policy
Please read the reservation policy here before making reservations or call us at 870-867-2191 with any questions.
Deposits are refunded, less a $30 service charge, only when your cancellation notice reaches our office two weeks (14 days) before arrival day. Reservation deposits for cancelled units within two weeks (14 days) of arrival are non-refundable. We must charge for the minimum number of nights required if you cancel a night after making your reservation.

ADA Accessibility
While many of our units, such as our guest rooms and Lodge cottages and our condominiums (many of which have steep stairs due to the terrain) were built back in the 60's, 70's and 80's, and in the 90's, Mountain Harbor began incorporating ADA compliant design and function into all of our new construction. Our Harbor North cottages (with the exception of C10) feature accessible ramps, ADA compliant door knobs and plumbing fixtures, roll in shower, grab bars, lowered vanity and lowered light switches and as many ADA complaint fixtures and features as we could work into our rental design. Please contact us if you have any special needs and let us know how we can best serve you!

Checkout Times & Additional Costs
- One nights' deposit required to guarantee all reservations. We will process your credit card immediately for deposit. Final payment will be processed at check in.
- Check in time is 3 PM Monday through Saturday and 5 PM on Sunday.
- Check out time is 11:00 a.m. An additional charge will be automatically added if you are not out of the unit by 11:00 a.m.
- For all Joplin Inn Rooms, full payment for the room is required in advance of arrival.
- Weekend Rate effective Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend.
- Holidays and holiday weekends will have a three or four night minimum based on when the holiday falls. Please check with us to see what the minimums are each year for each holiday you are interested in.
- Please call us to see if pets are allowed in the condo you are reserving. All other units are pet friendly - Additional $17.50 per night.
- Baby beds $17.50 per night.
- Covered boat storage with electricity- $29 - $67 per night.
